BİÇABA - "Working Together, Succeeding Together" Scholarship Program

Dear Students,

The BİÇABA - "Working Together, Succeeding Together" Scholarship Program aims to support undergraduate, master's and doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers directly affected by the disaster in the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, which were affected by the earthquakes of 6 February 2023, in taking part in research and development activities.

Within the scope of the BİÇABA call announcement published on 13 February 2023, the application condition for supporting undergraduate, master's and doctoral students continuing their studies at universities in the 11 provinces directly affected by the earthquake, as well as postdoctoral researchers residing in these provinces, has been expanded as follows.

Meeting at least one of the following conditions:

• Being a student enrolled in an undergraduate, master's with thesis or doctoral degree program at universities in the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, or being a researcher with a doctoral degree residing in these provinces,
• Being an undergraduate student, master's student, doctoral student or postdoctoral researcher continuing their studies at universities outside the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa but directly affected by the earthquake.

Accordingly, program applications will be completed in 3 stages, namely Project Coordinator Information Entry, Student-Postdoctoral Researcher Applications and Project Coordinator Evaluation, according to the application calendar below.
